Q.     Towels & Sheets?

Are always included in your reservation. A full set of towels and a ready made bed awaits your arrival. 

Q.     Breakfast?

At hotel Vänerport we have a popular breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Normally breakfast is included in your reservation, however during Christmas and New Years the price is excluding breakfast as we do not serve it. The hotel informs the guests of this when they make a reseravation during period when we do not offer breakfast. 

Q.     Parking?

YES! The hotel does not reserve parking in advance but there are plenty of free parking spaces just by the hotel. There is a big public parking lot just across the street in the harbor. And the hotel has a smaller parking space, with two chargers for electric cars. 

If you wish to charge your car please let us know before your arrival and we will reserve a spot for you. The fee is 150SEK / night. 

Q.     Rooms where dogs are allowed?

The hotel welcomes dogs of course! If you want to bring your pet please let us know when you make your reservation so we can allocate a dog friendly room for you.

The additional fee for dogs are 250SEK / dog / night. While the dog is welcome in your room, please note that they are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. However, during summer they are welcome to join you on our terrace. 

Q.     Early arrival?

The official time to check in is according to international standards after 15.00 IF your room is available before then you are of course welcome to check in earlier. When you arrive check with our staff if we can arrange for an earlier check in. 

If you know before hand that you'll arrive early do let us know so that we can plan accordingly. Note that we are often fully booked, so please keep that in mind and give us the time to get your room in order for you :) 

Q.     Late arrival?

No problem, well sort that out for you. The receotion is upen until 20.00 week days and 18.00 weekends. During summer jun-sept the hotel is always open until 22.00.

If you realise you'll be arriving late please let us know so you can get your instructions on how to get your room keycard. 

Q.     Late checkout?

If you wish to check out after 11, please talk to the reception staff and they'll try to arrange that for you. The fee for late check-out is 150SEK / hour after 12.00. The latest you can check out is 15.00.

Q.    Do you accept cash? 

No. Hotel Vänerport is a fully cashfree hotel. We only accepts payment by card or by advance invoice (only available for companies).
